I have experience providing presentations on a variety of topics, including: the intersection between nutrition and mental health, mind-body connection, gut health and anxiety and depression, how to make kombucha, learn to sprout, essential oils 101, non-toxic household supplies, probiotics on a budget, stress management, and more.

PAYMENT

I accept payments by cash, Interac, credit cards (Visa & Mastercard) at the conclusion of each session.

Payments can also be made via e-transfer to prior to your session.

For your convenience if you have insurance through Green Shield Canada or Medavie BlueCross I can direct bill. 

If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

Missed sessions without notice are subject to a fee. 

INSURANCE COVERAGE/ SLIDING SCALE

More and more insurance companies are covering psychotherapy services. While I do not do direct billing, you will be emailed a receipt within 24 hours of your session, which contains the necessary information for your insurance company. 

Sliding scale will be available for eligible persons. I want anyone that is in need of help to be able to access counselling services. If you are in need and do not have the means to see a counsellor, contact me anyways, and I will try and find a way to get you the help you need, even if I have to look elsewhere for you to get it.
