PAYMENT

I accept payments by cash, credit cards (Visa & Mastercard) at the conclusion of each session.

Payments can also be made via e-transfer.

For your convenience if you have insurance through Green Shield Canada & Medavie BlueCross I can direct bill. 

If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

Missed sessions without notice are subject to a fee.

INSURANCE COVERAGE

Reimbursement policies vary among insurers for Registered Counselling Therapists (RCT/RCT-C). I am a registered provider with Sunlife, Green Shield Canada & Medavie BlueCross.

While Desjardins, Great West Life, Manulife, Sun Life Financial recognize NSCCT, direct billing is not available; you’d need to submit receipts for reimbursement. Approval depends on your plan’s inclusion of RCTs or RCT-Cs as service providers. Kindly consult your plan administrator.
