Each pastille contains four drops of the Rescue Remedy® flower essences and the click-shut tin makes it the perfect travel companion to grab and go.

Dr Bach mixed a combination of five remedies for use in emergencies, when we have no time to make a personal selection and want immediate help.

· Star of Bethlehem – to relieve the effects of shock.
· Rock Rose – for great fear, terror and panic.
· Cherry Plum – for hysteria and the feeling of losing control.
· Clematis – for feeling faint and bemused.
· Impatiens – for agitation and restlessness.

The traditional ‘rescue’ combination can be used in those crises we all encounter from time to time, such as accidents, stage fright and last minute examination nerves.
